One of the most common uses of Screen Printing is printing logos on shirts.

Screen Printing is achieved by forcing ink through a fine mesh screen onto a garment or product and is ideal for flat objects.  This process is also referred to as “silk screen printing”.

Screen Printing is ideal for fabrics and textiles but can be used for all types of products and is popular because it produces vivid colours even if darker fabrics are used.

• Large print areas are possible on flat products.
• Close PMS (“PMS” is the pantone colour matching system) matches are possible on white or light-coloured products.
• Most screen print inks dry quickly and can be shipped immediately after printing.
• Fluorescent, metallic gold and silver inks are available on select textile products.
• Many products can print with tight multi-colour registration, with some products able to be printed using up to five colours.
